1. Ownership Transfer

Upon successful completion of payment via our secure escrow provider, you will receive full ownership of the domain(s) and any included assets. Domain transfers are coordinated directly between us and your chosen registrar.

2. Payment via Escrow.com

All transactions are processed securely through Escrow.com. StartupBrands.co.uk does not handle or store your payment information. Funds are held in escrow until the domain transfer is complete, protecting both the buyer and seller.

3. Delivery & Timelines

Most domain transfers are completed within 1–2 business days after Escrow.com confirms receipt of funds. Additional design assets or brand kits (if included) are delivered digitally via email or secure link.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods and domain transfers, all sales are final once the domain has been transferred. Please review all information and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except when required to facilitate your domain transfer (e.g. registrar info) or where legally obligated.

6. Cookies

We do not use cookies to track users. However, third-party platforms like Escrow.com or our hosting provider may use standard cookies as part of their services.

7. Data Retention

We retain basic transaction and communication records for accounting and legal compliance only.
